At Planted Aquaria, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical-inspired fashion pieces. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are securely attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
